Mijas Costa for rent. Lovely detached holiday house with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an additional guest toilet all on 1 level. The holiday house is situated in the popular urbanization "Peña Blanquilla" in Mijas Costa. This well maintained 4 person holiday house has a cosy living room with wood-beamed ceilings, fireplace, lounge and dining area. On the terrace behind the house you find a brick barbecue and a small outdoor kitchen. This is the ideal place for a barbecue evening with your family or friends whilst watching the beautiful sunset. From the dining area you are entering a lovely terrace with terrace furniture to the front of the house. This is a the ideal place to enjoy breakfast or have a drink under the Spanish sun while enjoying the fantastic views to the sea and the beautiful surrounding. On the third, a slightly lower located, terrace are three sun beds and a parasol. The detached holiday house is furnished with a sofas, 1 armchair, dining table with 4 chairs and there is a flat screen TV with some English channels. The holiday villa is located in the quiet residential area "Peña Blanquilla" between Fuengirola and Mijas at 5 km from the beach and Fuengirola. There is a parking place on the street in front of the house. The access from the street to the slightly elevated house is by a natural stone stair. If you are looking for a quiet location but with the beach and the hustle and bustle of a seaside resort at only 10 minutes by car, then this is the ideal holiday villa.

THE BEACH RESORT FUENGIROLA:
The apartment is pretty centrally located in the famous resort of Fuengirola. Fuengirola is one of the major tourist development on Costa del Sol with impressive beaches and boulevard spread over a length of 8 Kilometer, and a harbour from where you can enjoy a selection of water sports. No need for the less adventurous visitor to be afraid as there´s plenty in the way of pub grub and fish and chip shops! Surprisingly in such a tourist centre you´ll still see fishermen out on their small trawlers each morning catching your evening meal. You can pass many hours wandering along the long promenade stopping at the many bars and cafés. You also can visit the remains of the Moorish Castle of Sohail on the western edge of the resort. Tuesday and Saturday is the day for shopaholics when the weekly market is set up in the centre of town. There are malls like the MIRAMAR and EL CORTE INGLES, supermarkets, pleasant shopping streets, a wide range of international restaurants to suit every taste and every budget, cozy squares with terraces, etc.
THE RESORT OF MARBELLA - PUERTO BANUS:
