What a fantastic stay we had at this villa. The pool was lovely, there was plenty of shade and terraces, sun loungers, appliances and everything you could need. Also only a 10minute walk or so into the town centre, but there are even 3 restaurants within a 5minute walk. Also only 5minutes to La Font bus stop which will take you to the beach in 10mins. A great time had by all. Thank you so much!

I booked this villa so all my family would be with me to celebrate my 60th birthday. A nice week all together in a nice place and hopefully some sunshine. Turned out to be better than expected. The owners, Yolanda and her family are absolutely lovely, could not have asked for better service. Rodlfo greeted us on arrival to show us around and made us very welcome, They kept in contact all week without being interfering. The villa was just as described, plenty of outside space with nice facilities for dining, with a good mix of sunny and shady areas. Gardens and pool were immaculate. As others have commented there were a few provisions for us when we arrived, tea, coffee, cava etc, and a very nice homemade cake. We did not have a car and to be honest it is not necessary, there are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance in the town. There are good supermarkets 500m away. Altogether a very good property in a great location with good hosts.

We are a family of 8, ranging from 21 to 71 & we wanted to find a villa that was close enough to Pollenca that we could walk, rather than having to rely on a car. This place is perfect - only a short stroll of about 10 minutes to the centre of Pollenca. We have never rented a villa before & were a little nervous that it would not live up to the photos. We needn't have worried - in fact, I think it is better! The outside space really made it for us & was a welcome respite from the Majorcan sun. If we didn't eat out of an evening, we used the outside BBQ. Communication was good with the owners & they were easily contactable 24 hrs if we needed anything. Would we go again - absolutely YES. Pollenca is a beautiful place & the beaches around were easily accessible by car. Thank you, Alemany family - you have a lovely property of which you should be proud!
