Living Room - Complete with traditional Spanish style furniture, flat screen Sat TV with Spanish TDT, Internet UKTV (small supplement for Wifi needed), DVD player, selection of DVDs/books/games, two settees, coffee table, dining table and ceiling fan. Patio doors lead onto a private patio and garden with bistro table and chairs.
Kitchen - Fully equipped modern kitchen with full size oven and grill, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, Philips coffee machine, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. Also comes with numerous cooking utensils and crockery for six.
Utility Room - Accessed via kitchen housing water heater, washing machine, clothes airer and general storage.
Bedroom 1 - Air conditioned double room with new king size bed on 1st floor, patio doors with roll up shutter leading to sun terrace. Large fitted wardrobes, flat screen TV (Spanish TV only), Xbox 360, bedside cabinets and table lamps.
Bedroom 2 - Air conditioned twin room on 1st floor, patio doors with shutters leading to Juliet balcony. Large fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinet with table lamp.
Bedroom 3 - Air conditioned twin room on ground floor with large bright window with roll up shutter. Large fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinet with table lamp.
Bathroom - On 1st floor with bath, over-bath shower and shower screen, WC, sink with lighted vanity unit and bidet plus hairdryer.
Shower Room - On ground floor with walk in shower cubicle, WC, sink and lighted mirror plus hairdryer.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service - Towels and linen are provide. The property will be cleaned and prepared for your arrival and at the end of your stay. If you would like the towels and linen changed during your holiday, this can be arranged for an additional charge. Please bring your own beach towels.

Lovely apartment, just as described and a credit to the owner who obviously takes pride in her home. Very well equipped kitchen with everything you could need, spacious living area with UK TV and the wifi worked well. The children enjoyed playing on the Xbox in the evening and there was a great selection of DVDs and games provided too. The beds were very comfortable and we slept very well. The weather was warm in the days but cool in the evenings and first thing but the warm air setting on the air conditioning kept us cosy. The complex is in a great location and the indoor pool was warm and inviting, we used it every day! The roof terrace has a great view and was a lovely place to sit and enjoy the sunshine. We loved the apartment and would like to return in the future. Excellent communication with the owner before and during our stay.

Very nice property, it has everything you need, spotlessly clean, very secure as its in a gated community. Ideally you would need a car, many of the various beaches are within easy drive. All good supermarkets are close by.
