Spent another week at 'Ty Bach' townhouse at the beginning of October 2014 - weather delightful, in the high 20's. The accommodation is within a ten minute walk to the village centre and beach. The facilities at the property allows the occupier to travel light as there is everything that you need available - fully fitted kitchen, washing machine, fridge/freezer etc. Enjoyed relaxing having our meals on the patio in the warmth of the sun and catching the last rays of evening sunshine on the roof terrace. It is a good base to explore the surrounding areas however, you will require a car for the duration of you stay. This would be collected at the airport on arrival. We enjoyed our visit to the Market at Garrucha and the panoramic views in the mountains of Mojacar. San Juan village gives a flavour of the 'real Spain' with a good selection of quality restaurants available to such most pockets and tastes. There are a couple of beaches in the vicinity which during our stay were quiet. We would certainly visit this property again in the near future. We have stayed at this house on our own and with friends. This works equally well, as there are 2 bathroom/shower rooms at the property.

Our September visit was not our first visit to this property. We found the house very well equipped and the furniture is of the highest standard for a holiday home.We could walk to several restaurants in 5 to 10 minutes, although the kitchen is well equipped to allow meals to be made at the house. The beach is also about 10 mins. walk away. We were able to visit many places of interest from San Juan, some close at hand and others within a few hours e.g. Granada. There is a nice swimming pool close to the house which is shared. I thoroughly recommend this property.

Lugar agradable, bien equipado de todas las comodidades necesarias para estar a gusto, y limpio. La atención le responsable muy bien, y la piscina comunitaria muy bien cuidada. Volvería otro año.
