Notes
There are three golf courses within easy reach of a 30 minute drive. The different parts of Gran Alacant can be easily reached with the touristtrain or by the local bus. They are rolling at least every hour. Since May 2017 drinking water in a separate tap is installed in our apartment. We also installed a chrome cast device for the tv-set, so if you have for example your Netflix or Spotify app in your phone or laptop you can easily watch it on the tv-screen. It's also possible to connect with the HDMI cable.

The apartment is wonderful. Lots of space, clean and probably the best appointed room in the complex giving views of the pool and sea from both the balcony and the MASSIVE Terrace upstairs. My fave place was the terrace. The pictures do it no justice. It is much bigger than the pictures suggest. We found lots of extras like spices etc which we did not need to buy, (we also left lots of unopened pasta for the next tenant) Sunbathing on the terrace in the day or sitting with a drink in the evening, this is the place to be. The only thing for me personally was there are no loungers by the pool, (understandably as these are all private apartments) We hit the beach (about 15 min walk) late afternoon around 5.pm whilst the sun was not so intense. Great local restaurants and the tourist train is great getting you to the commercial centre for shopping or great eating out experiences.. It costs 3.50 Euros for a round trip, so you can get off at the commercial centre and get back on it when it returns to take you the rest of the loop back to stop 4. The owners were great with communication and there is also Andy who meets you with the keys who is lovely. If you like this kind of holiday look no further.

Second holiday in this wonderful,very clean, well equipt apartment. Short walk to local shops and restaurants, bus and land train stop which take you to commercial centre with supermarkets etc. 10-15 minute stroll to beautiful beaches. Great communication with owners and "meet and greet" with Andy. Fantastic roof space with sun all day. Only disappointment? Fully booked for these weeks next year!

We had the most amazing time. The apartment was so well equipped,it had everything we need and more. The roof top and balcony had lovely views of the pool and sea. Also in a great location near to the strip of restaurants and close enough to the beach. Communication was brilliant from the start to finish and collection of the keys was perfect too We can't wait to stay again

Had a great fortnight staying in this super apartment in a lovely gated community. Very well equipped and comfortable, everything you could ask for. Very clean pool. Easy walk to beach, small shops and restaurants. Near to bus/land train stop to travel to bigger supermarkets. Very good communication with owners. Excellent! Hope to be back next year.
