The house is very nice, homy and modern. It has everything for a family of four. It is a very quiet and calm neighbourhood. The pool is perfect, always clean with nice temperature in july and the lemon tree gives you good shadow for reading beaside the pool. It is walking distance to the golf course with nice restaurants and a supermarket with european food and snacks. Only 10 min car ride to the lovely beach Guardamar. This house has everything you need for a relaxing sun and bath vacation in Spain.

Excellent, beautiful property, spacious, clean, and has everything you need. But unfortunately for our time there the pool had a little problem so we could not use it other than that perfection all round.

we have just returned from a 3 week stay at casa di paddy we have been visiting this area for the .last 10 years and stayed in many villas over the years but must say this has been the best one ever .everything you could possibly want is there and the outside space is super so many areas to sit whatever your needs wether it is sun or shade and certainly in june and july you will need some shade.thankyou both for the ease of booking and any help we needed ann and mike
