We were looking for a villa in Spain next to the sea. The villa is situated on a hill and couldnt reach by bus so we had to walk 15-20 minutes from our bus stop. The pool and the view on Lloret de mar is great. The domestic equipments and beds are outdated, there are also a few repairs necessary (broken tiles, chipped paint...) The communicaton with the owner was great, our questions were answered very quickly. The villa was clean, however there was an annoying building site next to the villa so you could hear machines form morning til afternoon. Of course this will come to an end in the next time.

The villa is split into 3 floors, each floor offers kitchen and 2 bathrooms together with bedrooms. Top floor has swimming pool and lower floor has BBQ area. This get together was for several families to spend quality time together and relax and enjoy the sun. We all had fabulous time, villa spacious, clean and tidy. There was someone at villa to greet us and at the end of a phone if needed. Large supermarket and Beach within 10 and 20 mins walk. Only problem for some people is that villa on steep hill going up but taxis cheap and easy when returning to villa.

I visited Mr. Geny's villa together with my class. We had a great time and enjoyed the villa a lot. As we prepared our stay, Mr. Geny was very helpful and flexible. He answered all our questions fast and reliable and met our wishes. However, we didn't know that the villa was split into three appartments. But that wasn't a problem at all, we would definitely visit the villa again!

Stort hus med underbar utsikt över Lloret de Mar och Medelhavet. Totalt bodde vi här 19 personer mellan 5 - 80 år. Tog ca 20 minuter att gå ner till stranden. Standarden på huset godkänd men kunde med små medel dock piffas upp, köksredskapen (stekpannor o kastruller) väldigt slitna, likaså sängarna och bäddsofforna. Saknades även temuggar, diskmedel och diskborstar, handdukar, wc-papper. Borde vara standardutrustning enligt oss som bodde där. Poolen fin och Tania, vår landlord var ytterst hjälpsam. Fixade mer stolar till terassen och nya duchgardiner när vi bad om det. I våningen längst ner luktade det tyvärr väldigt av mögel.
