HAVE PEACE OF MIND WHILST ON HOLIDAY WITH A PERSONALISED SERVICE: Our housekeeper lives nearby and can offer help should it be needed, and any problems can be resolved with the minimum of fuss.
Nursery equipment can be hired from a well established company in the area if required and set prior to your arrival. All to British Safety Standards. All our guests are personally met and welcomed by our housekeeper when arriving at the property, where an explanation of facilities and local amenities are given.
A comprehensive information folder is in the property, along with tourist attractions, maps and brochures of the surrounding areas. The extremely efficient air conditioning is hot and cold, making it ideal for summer and winter lets. Security grills; Ceiling fans; Safe for valuables; Digital TV; Washing machine; Oven and hob; Fridge/freezer; Microwave; Iron; Toaster; hairdryer. Welcome pack available on request; Private residents’ communal pool; Parking; All bedding provided; Bath towels provided. Washing machine is provided for laundry but housekeepers can provide a bed linen and towel changeover service mid holiday for 15€ extra as an option if desired.
Brick built BBQ on rear patio. Sunbeds in utility outhouse on rear patio. WIFi available on request at extra charge.

Lovely place to stay, close to all amenities. Good to relax outside on the south facing terrace.

We booked our villa through holiday lettings. From start to finish the owner Liz has been very helpful with any questions I had and returned any emails I sent promptly. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the villa. We took our two young children aged 4 and 5 and my mother in law. The villa has plenty of space and is well equipped with everything you need. It was just like being in my own home. The pool is shared by a few villas. We found everyone very friendly and approachable. Our boys also found some lovely little friends to play with. We didn't venture far from the villa, through choice, not because there was nothing to do. The local town of Quesada has all you would need for a quiet night out. Plenty of local shops and bars. We loved our stay and have already bòoked to return next year. We have absolutely no complaints about the villa, it was perfect for us and our family. Me and my husband agreed it was the most relaxing holiday we have ever had.

Very spacious house with all the comforts of home. Plenty of information about locality etc. Always able to contact with any question. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone.
