then the balance of the stay, 70%, will be settled in cash upon arrival.

Linen Rental Possible : Bed linen & towels, 100.€uros per stay or 10€uros per person.

Refundable Damage Deposit 300.€uros
*** Stay tax : €0,90 per night, per person and only for the first seven nights.
( For the second week you do not have to pay ) People aged 16 and younger, are not charged tourist tax.
This amount will be due to the owner upon arrival.

A very good apartment with good facilities. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The owner Amador is friendly, informative about the area and really welcoming. The fact that the pool is fenced off was a very reassuring feature for us as we had small children with us. The canopy was great as it meant that those of us that wanted shade could have it whilst still enjoying the poolside. I would definitely stay again

The villa was in line with our expectactions, we had good holidays for 2 weeks in July with a group of 11 persons, including baby & teenagers. Pros : Great terrace & pool. Location was cool, next to big sandy beach of l'Arenal. Owner was very kind and very receptive to all our demands. Cons : Rooms might need some refreshing works. Mosquito repellent mandatory.

There were ten of us staying in this wonderful villa including 5 young children raging from 6 to 2 years. Four of the children learned to swim in the very safe pool, and we felt totally at ease when the children were playing outside of the pool area as there is a safety gate all around it. We all had a wonderful holiday in this fully equipped and well presented villa. Amador, the owner could not have been more helpful and was the perfect host, offering us much needed advice on where to visit, including taking us to the local shop when we arrived. We had never been to this area of Spain before but we were so impressed with our beautiful villa and L'Ampolla and surrounding area that we can't wait to go back. We would all give this superb villa 10 out of 10 - BRAVO Amador and thank you from all of us!
