This one bedroom apartment is tastefully decorated and is part of a beautiful residential complex called Alta Loma. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (attic/top) with amazing views of the sea and mountains. Slightly set into the mountains, with sea views it is very close to Fuengirola town and the beaches along Mijas Costa. Within Club La Costa resort with local supermarket, bars and restaurants. - BEDROOM, with two single beds and large built-in wardrobes. Bed linen is provided.
- BATHROOM, with bath, power shower, sink, WC and bidet. Bath towels are provided.
- KITCHEN, well equipped for cooking and eating in. Two ring ceramic hob, fridge freezer, microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine, iron and board. Kitchen table and chairs are provided. Full kitchen ware and cutlery is provided.
- LIVING ROOM, is open plan with the kitchen area. Double sofa bed, 24” Sony television, DVD player, music player and a radio.
- TERRACE, both the living room and bedroom have sliding doors which open onto the large terrace. Stunning sea views as well as a view onto the communal swimming pool and paddling pool and well kept garden areas. All day sun on the terrace. Sun beds and outdoor table and chairs are provided.
- BEACH, is a 5 approx minute walk from the apartment.
- PARKING, private parking space in the basement and elevator to all floors (max 2 floors) and free parking spaces just outside the property.
- SHOPPING, the new Miramar shopping centre is a 20 approx minute walk from the apartment and has a huge supermarket, cinemas (which show original version films), and many shops and restaurants.
- TRAVEL, the apartment is a 25 minute drive from Malaga airport. Many other areas of interest are accessible from the apartment. Fuengirola town centre is an 8 minute drive away, Mijas town in the mountains is a 20 minute drive away and Marbella a 30 minute drive away.
