This was my second stay at Javier's apartment & again a lovely time & experience, hopefully if dates are available will come back again soon ,for us this is a perfect holiday apartment & Javier is a total gentleman!

This was a lovely apartment, well furnished and equipped (does not have an oven but this is normal in Spain), comfortable and super handy for nearby Puerto Banus and Nueva Andalucía. The views from both terraces were spectacular and a highlight of our trip, as were the gardens and pool. Javier was super helpful from start to finish, giving us recommendations for the local area. Should I return, I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

Hello everyone, this is a great apartment to stay at beautiful views all around , nice layout & very clean ,I stayed for 11 nights & enjoyed it very much,it’s walking distance from all types of good restaurants , will definitely go back next year already making plans or it, hope there’s availability,the owner Javier is a top man,honest easy to deal with & always helpful,can’t praise him enough(thank you) so if you a great place stay in Nueva Andalucia , this has to be one them .

We spent 6 days at Javier's apartment and couldn't fault it. The location is excellent - close to all the restaurants. cafes and amenities of Nueva Andalucia, and easily accessible to the beach and routes to Marbella, Estepona and San Pedro. We had lots of fun riding the two bikes along the paseo with nice lunches on the nearby beach. The views were exceptional and the apartment very well kitted-out. Javier was unbelievably helpful before and during our stay. We would highly recommend this rental property.
