The sun terrace and roof terrace are south facing giving sun all day long and fantastic sunsets in the evening, facing the local orange and lemon groves the property being at the front of the development has amazing views from the roof terrace of the mar menor and la manga. The newly fitted communal pool is situated within 100 yards of the house and has kids splash pool as well as a larger swimming pool, access to this is gained through the secure gates, keys for which are provided on arrival.
There are local bars, restaurants and supermarkets within 300 yards. The Rio Seca national park is within walking distance and will provide both relaxing and challenging walks with fantastic local views. Also near by is the old village of pinar de campoverde comprising of restaurants, bars, supermarket and public pool on the village square.
There is a brand new golf course just 2 minutes away, Lo Romero, with green fees just 35 euros, 2 sets of clubs are at the property and are available for use as part of the cost of rental.
Pilar dela Horadada is just 5 mins drive away with all the amenities you would expect from a larger town.
The property is served by 2 airports the closest being Murcia (20 mins) and Alicante (50 mins) and various low cost airlines operate to both these.
Car hire is recommended although you can reach the property from the airports in local taxis.
Property is available from 16.00 hours on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 on day of departure if a same day change over is occurring. The key holders must be given access to the property 1 hour before departure to check for damage or any breakages.
