pay a deposit of 50% for stays of less than 7 nights and 30 % in case of 1 week or more. The rest of the total payment must be settled in cash with to the owner upon your arrival, with an additional guarantee of 90 € that it will be refunded upon departure when the house has been checked for any damages or losses. The initial reservation will be provisional for 48 hours and will not be considered firm until the owner of the house has received confirmation the deposit. If such confirmation is not forthcoming within said period, the reservation will be automatically cancelled. - No paid amounts will be refunded for any causes or reasons other than those directly related to the house. - In case of cancellation, if notification is received less than 1 week (7 calendar days) before arrival in the Middle and Low Seasons or less than 15 calendar days before arrival in the High Season (from July 15th to September 15th, long weekends, Easter and Christmas) the occupants will lose their right to any refund. In all other cases, the owner only will only be required to refund 75 % of the total paid

Beautiful house and pool, lots of space to spread out and neighbours far enough away for our children to shout as loud as they wished.

Het is een groot domein echter voor onze kinderen was de hitte te erg, het huis had geen airco en de keuken was aan de kleine kant omdat wij met 6 waren. Wel een supergastvriendelijk koppel ! Ze zijn nog ventilators komen brengen voor in de kamers 's avonds laat.

Hartelijk dank voor uw mening. De volgende keer dat je komt, zal ik de keuken groter maken en zal ik met meteorologie praten, zodat ze het weer naar de smaak van je kinderen brengen. groeten

Huis was erg netjes met veel bad en slaapkamers. Ligging langs de wegbis geen hinder en zwembad is fijn. Buiten kan je lekker zitten, alhoewel wij een grasveldje om te spelen met de kinderen misten. Over het algemeen erg tevreden, enige minpunt is dat het wat gedateerd is.

Nous sommes passés un très bon séjour pendant les vacances de Pâques. La villa est magnifique : elle se trouve à deux pas de la ville de Ronda et de la Costa del Sol. Grande maison avec 5 pièces et une cuisine très équipée, il ne manque rien ! Il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait. En plus, Il a fait super beau et nous avons pu profiter de la piscine (très propre d'ailleurs).A côté, des transats nous attendaient ; idéal pour se détendre et se bronzer ;) Nous sommes arrivés très tard est le propriétaire nous a attendu sans coût additionnel. Franchement, nous avons bien apprécié ce petit geste de sa parte. Monsieur Antonio nous a donné plein d'information pour visiter, manger et faire à la ville de Ronda ainsi que aux alentours (Malaga, Séville, Cordoue...) Merci beaucoup pour votre accueille très sympa et chaleureux avec un français parfait, ce que nous a beaucoup facilité notre séjour. Nous reviendrions avec un grand plaisir et sans hésitation.
