The villa was excellent. It was spacious and comfortable. There was plenty of room for six adults and two small children [aged 3 and 10 mths]. Although open plan there were plenty of spaces to enjoy if you needed some quiet time and also if you are altogether. The pool is of a good size - not big enough fore swimming but great for cooling off and having fun. The facilities - kitchen; bathrooms, bedding, towels etc were all good quality and everything we needed was supplied. The manager, Pablo, was extremely helpful, welcoming and very responsive whenever we needed to be in touch. Would certainly recommend the villa.

we stayed at the villa at the beginning of October.When we arrived we were met by Pablo the rental manager,he was very friendly and spoke very good English.The villa was very spacious and smelled very clean.There was some complementary bottles of water and a couple of bottles of wine in the fridge which was a nice touch,although it would maybe have been a good idea to have left some bread and butter so that we could have had some toast as we were all really hungry when we arrived.The kitchen cupboards had all the essential cooking facilities and a large bbq on the patio. Bed linen and towels were all very clean and smelled freshly laundered .The patio was really nice and had fantastic views,the pool area was nice too but it was disappointing to hear that the pool lights weren't working for our stay.we did have a problem with the hot water for a short time but Sylvia the owner of the property sorted it out for us.All in all we had a wonderful holiday in Alcudia and would probably stay at the villa again.
