The flat we rented was spotlessly clean, very conveniently located near the beach and city centre and had access to a big pool ( perfect for a toddler). Thank you very much, we loved everything!

We have just returned home from an amazing holiday in almerimar, the apartment was lovely very spacious and clean , lovely views from the balcony and a great pool , cannot recommend highly enough.

De woning van mevrouw Moran is ruim, netjes en voorzien van alle gemakken (vaatwasser, twee badkamers, wasmachine, airco). Ook het contact met de verhuurder verloopt snel en goed. Het uitzicht op de flamingo's en de zee vanaf het ruime balkon is prachtig. Het totale complex is goed onderhouden. Het zwembad is mooi en groot en niet druk. Het wordt goed onderhouden en er zijn altijd 2-3 badmeesters aanwezig. Aanrader. Wij hebben er genoten!

Appartement très confortable et très bien équipé dans une super résidence. Piscine propre et surveillée en permanence. Place de parking à l'abri sous la résidence, non négligeable. Commodités et plage à proximité, entre 15 et 20 min à pied. Réponses très rapides par mail de la propriétaire. A l'arrivée, accueil très sympathique de la part de Colin (il ne parle qu'anglais). Nous recommandons cette location à 100 %.
