The villa is situated on a 2000 m2 plot, fully fenced in, has a 5,5 by 11.5 metre pool with attached children's pool and a private car park for two cars. The villa sleeps 8 persons in its 3 double bedrooms and 2 single bedrooms. The villa is fully equipped with air-conditioning in all rooms, wireless internet, satellite tv and a media-player with at least 100 movies. To the centre of Denia it is 5 km, but the village of La Jara has a large supermarket, pharmacy and baker for all your daily needs just 3 minutes from the villa.

-1x 30m2 master bedroom with lits-jumeaux size bed (180x210) on first floor with incredible views of the orange groves and the sea with flat screen satellite TV. Own bathroom with shower, wash stand and toilet.
-Two more double bathrooms on ground floor level, one with bath/shower, toilet and wash stand and the other with shower, wash stand and toilet.
-Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven/grill, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker (Filter coffee or Senseo), toaster, blender, gas cooker, refrigerator.

Very important is that guests in this villa have to like cats because over the years the owners have adopted 4! You do not have to allow them in the house if you don't want to, but they need to be fed outside twice a day. For this we offer a deduction of € 100/week on the rental price. If you like cats, you will love these! They are very friendly and cuddly, used to children and never have scratched anyone. If you don't want the cats there, we can maybe arrange for them to be put in a kennel.

Guests all agreed that it was the first fully equipped apartment they had stayed in. We acquired another apartment and did the same. Friends that had properties in Denia liked what we did and gave us their second home to let whenever they were not there. 10 years later we have a nice portfolio of well-kept properties and many returning clients.
