Our apartment is ideal for COUPLES or FAMILIES who appreciate details and are looking for rest and relaxation. The complex is very quiet at night.
Our apartment and the complex are NOT suitable for GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE looking for parties and nightlife. The many discos are mainly located in Mojácar and there are many police and alcohol checks on the way. This is also the case during the Dreambeach music festival in Villaricos.
THE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY allowed is 4 adults and 2 children (up to 14 years old). Bookings exceeding this occupancy will be automatically cancelled. More than 4 adults, i.e. more than 4 people over the age of 15, are not allowed.
In order to ensure the tranquility and comfort of each person in the complex, an INTERIOR ORDER REGULATION is in place and everyone is asked to respect it (owners, tenants, guests) : the apartment is non-smoking; pets are not allowed (except with the express permission of the owner with an extra charge of 6eur per night and respect of the specific conditions relating to hygiene and cleanliness); no noisy and disturbing activities for the neighbours from midnight to 10am and from 3pm to 5pm (no noisy parties in the evening and at night); subletting forbidden (personal use of the rental service by the tenant designated by the owner).
OPENING POOLS: 1 large and 1 small swimming pool open all year round; AND 1 large and 1 small swimming pool open from June 1st to September 30th.
No rentals for long stays over 60 nights.
