This beautifully furnished 3 bedroomed villa has breathtaking views of La Herradura town and its horseshoe bay. Only 10 minutes drive from the town of Nerja, you will find the most amazing and spectacular scenery that leads you to La Herradura. Comparable with the Almafi coast, you will feel that you have discovered paradise in Spain.

This exclusive development is edged by natural parkland and is a very peaceful and tranquil place, where you can feel quite alone. The hidden cove of Calaiza lies at the foot of the development, whilst just a few minutes away by car, are the beaches of La Herradura, Marina Del Este and Cantarrijan, each one in turn will offer you a completely different experience.

The town of La Herradura is only 2 miles away, small enough to be charmingly Spanish, it is still large enough to offer an excellent range of restaurants, bars and facilities to make your stay an enjoyable one. Or from high above the hustle and bustle of this little town you can simply sit and watch the world go by from the tranquillity of your own private terrace. With sunshine averaged at 320 days of the year, you can still sit on the beach in December, this makes the perfect summer or winter resort, with many local attractions, while the historic town of Granada and the ski resorts of the Sierra Nevada are only 1 hours drive away.

The Villa:

Los Altos is a luxury 3 bedroom duplex villa with accommodation on two levels. Situated on a quiet cul de sac, the accommodation consists of; front door leading to spacious hallway which in turn leads on to 2 twin bedrooms (both with sea views) and family bathroom, one twin bedroom has its own private balcony with views across the bay. Stairs lead down to the main accommodation via another hall with rooms leading off. The large kitchen/breakfast room is fantastically equipped for all your needs, there is also a stylish lounge/dining room, the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and a downstairs toilet.

The lounge, master bedroom and kitchen lead out through double doors to a large terrace, (30m squared). This overlooks the bay, the forests and the surrounding mountains. A covered area of the terrace provides shade from the sun all day and there is plenty of room for sunbathing on the terrace. All bedrooms, lounge and kitchen have spectacular views of the sea and the bay.

The accommodation has been furnished to the highest standard in an elegant, modern, classical style and every room has a spectuacular view of the bay and surrounding mountains.

The villa has a shared full size pool and toddler pool with stunning views of the surrounding scenery, there are also two paddle tennis courts.

Safety:

Baby cot available, 2 baby gates, high chair, fire alarm, emergency lighting.
There is also a camp bed available for an extra child.

Airports:

Malaga 55 minutes drive or Granada 85 minutes drive

Other attractions:

Water sports, paragliding, hang gliding, pony trekking, diving, yacht charter, walking, Wildlife safaris. There are also two Aqua Parks. Further a field within 1 hours drive is the historic town of Granada and the ski resorts of the Sierra Nevada.
Golf Courses:
18 hole course at Velez-Malaga (25 minutes drive).
Two 9 hole courses at Salobrena (25 minutes drive).
18 hole course on south-east of Granada (1 hour drive).
Luxury 18 hole course at Malaga (55 minutes drive).

This area is a marine park so the diving and snorkelling are fantastic, (almost as good as the carribean!)

The villa is available to rent throughout the year.
Checking in days are flexible.
Maximum 6 persons plus baby, and camp bed for a young child, no pets allowed.
Bed linen, towels and final cleaning included in price.
Beach towels are not provided.

Heaters provided in winter

30% deposit required within 7 days of booking, full payment required 6 weeks before holiday departure. Security deposit required (refundable).
