Located on a hillside the villa has recently undergone extensive high quality refurbishment and is a modern single storey bungalow. Local beaches, supermarkets, restaurants and bars are all within easy walking distance.
Surrounded by golf courses up and down the coast it is ideal for golf, whilst the children and non golfers can benefit from excellent shopping and entertainment facilities such as horseriding, water sports, tennis, Aqua parc, zoo, Salwo dolphin park, Salwo wildlife park. The new Myramar shopping centre has a large variety of restaurants, well known shops and multi cinema with films shown in various languages.

The villa has superb accommodation comprising of:

Lounge – the spacious lounge has two large reclining sofas, air conditioning/heating, fireplace, TV, Satellite, Video, Large sliding patio doors open to a balcony/terrace with al-fresco dining. Overlooking the swimming pool it has panoramic views of the area and sea.

Kitchen – Electric hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, Filter Coffee machine, fridge/freezer, washing machine.

Dining Area – Internal dining area with Dining table and 6 chairs.

Master Bedroom – Kingsize bed with patio doors leading to private terrace and gardens. Bathroom with shower designed for use as either en-suite or family bathroom.

Bedroom 2 - Twin room with 2 single beds and built in wardrobes. En-suite shower room.

Bedroom 3 – Twin room with 2 single beds (bunk beds) and built in wardrobe.

Family Bathroom – Bath with overhead shower and glass screen. May be used as either family bathroom or en-suite bathroom for master bedroom.

Gardens – the property has private landscaped gardens to front and side with a large terrace ideal for barbecues. A large table and chairs are provided for al-fresco dining.

Swimming Pool – To the front of the property for easy supervision from lounge and terrace. Outdoor shower provided.

Linen/Towels – Linen and towels are provided (although we request that you supply your own beach towels). The property will be cleaned before and after your rental period. All clients are offered the option of cleaning during their stay at additional cost.

Entry/Departure Times: All client are asked to vacate the property by
Noon on date of departure with entry being made available from 15:00 hrs unless by prior arrangement. (We ask for your assistance in order to ensure that the property is well maintained and clean for all clients).
