Our cottage has been completely refurbished and extensively equipped to provide a rural retreat, ideal for those looking for peace, fantastic views and comfort. The rear terraces - one for dining, one with very private jacuzzi/plunge pool - directly overlook an olive grove, with extensive mountain views.

Unlike many houses in this pretty mountain village, there is parking available and its an easy walk to the centre of the village, with its tapas bars, restaurants and shops. This is a friendly place with bags of character!

There is a light, spacious, split-level living, dining and kitchen area with comfortable seating area -woodburner, books, CD player, double sofa-bed, rocking chair. In the kitchen/dining area, there is a dining table and chairs for 6, newly-installed kitchen area with fridge, freezer, oven and halogen hob, tiled worksurface and views over the olive grove! All furniture has been newly supplied by local craftsmen and is of good quality.

Upstairs, there are 2 double bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin) and a large family bathroom - all newly furnished with care and attention to detail.

Outside is a good-sized terraced patio, with laundry area - washing machine and drying area, barbecue, dining furniture for 6, loungers and jacuzzi. There is an additional bathroom close to the jacuzzi, with shower, wc and basin. Unspoilt views all around over the olive grove to the mountains and eagles and other rare bird species can often be spotted overhead!

The historic and spectacular town of Ronda is 15 minutes away by car and all around is breathtaking scenery. There are fantastic opportunities for walking, birdwatching, caving, climbing and other rural pursuits in the area. Further afield are numerous "pueblos blancos", the cities of Granada and Seville, the glamour of Marbella and the coast.

A comprehensive Information Pack at the house includes all sorts of tips and hints - both practical and more pleasurable - for example, restaurant reviews, and guidance on places to see and things to do.Any problems -Jill, our local agent, is there to help!
