The principal structure of the house dates from 1711. during the XIX century, new buildings were added to the original house, giving its present look. In 2005 the house Casa Alberda were fully restored and a brilliant architect did a perfect job restoring it into a luxury holiday home. Alberda has 7 doublerooms all with private bathrooms and hydro-massage cabins, 43 m2 livingroom, with fire place, TV and stereo, playingroom, outdoor covered BBQ, fully equipped kithen with micoowen and washing machine. The outdoor has a large swiimingpool , private tennis court and a large playground. A groundfloor gameroom holds table footbtaball and table tennis.

The house is located at Serrateix high plateau, at 765m, it has priviliged views of the Pre-Pyrenees mountains, the Montseny and the Montserrat massif. Casa Alberda is surronded by argricultural fields, holme-oak woods, that isolate it and gives it charming and unique atmosphere.

The interor design is modern and has a very, very high standard. It has one large dining area and 3 seating areas whereas one has a fireplace. Really a stunning holidayhome for the really chosy guest who wants the ultimate vacation base.

The swimming pool area is large and has sunbeds for everybody. A large graslane makes football possible, the tennis court can be used of both children and adults and the huge playground will chill the small children

The casa rented was very great. We, 7 adults and 9 children, had a great time. No worries about dangerous spots in or around Casa Alberda for our children. We really liked the interior and the exterior.

By cancellation more than 1 1/2 month before 50% of the deposit will be refunded. By cancellation less than 1 1/2 month before, the deposit will not be refunded.

The price includes: electricity, heating, linen, towels and the final cleaning after departure.
