Situated beside Plaza Nueva, just a few minutes’ walk from the beautiful Cathedral, this one bedroom apartment is offered as a first class holiday rental, decorated in the modern style with traditional touches and set in a period building. The apartment sleeps four and comprises: immaculate, light and spacious lounge with TV, dining area for four, separate fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom with wardrobes and bathroom with bathtub and shower. Seville is situated in the beautiful Andalusia by the river Guadalquivir and every year thousands of tourist travel to the city to get their expectations fulfilled. Their expectations are more than fulfilled, because the city contains many fantastic sightseeing and still has the atmosphere of the old Spain combined with the modern style. Seville is situated approx. 200 km northwest of Malaga - Costa del Sol and has today approx. 700.000 inhabitants. Seville is the capital of Andalusia and has for many years been the most important city in the southern Spain. That has given Seville an economic boost and it is one of the reasons that the city has been able keeping all its famous and important buildings well kept. Especially the historic city centre of Seville is in perfect conditions and you get a good feeling of former times with the beautiful Cathedral as the most conspicuous. The only things Seville is missing to be the perfect city is the beach and the sea – but that is fully compensated as the city has everything beside that. The beautiful river separates the city in two parts and you can here discover a quiet and charming atmosphere like small restaurants and bars along the river and people enjoying water sports like kayaking and boats with people on sightseeing. Seville has managed to keep the historic city centre free of traffic – and you will actually only find old horse trailers, trams and bicycles which gives the city as perfect atmosphere. The city centre is full of life and there is a lot of nice charming restaurants and bars.
