Sedella is a charming and authentic village with a population of 700. It is situated 62 kilometres from Malaga and 33 kilometres from the coast of Torre del Mar. It stands at 689 metres altitude in the foothills of Sierre Tejeda and Sierre Almijara mountain ranges.
The streets are narrow and lined with whitewashed houses.
There is a pharmacy, 2 small super marcados, 2 restaurants, 2 bars and a small hotel.


Casa Castillo East

When you arrive at the house, you enter a roofed courtyard with copper tiles inspired from the old Andalusia. Here you have shade all day. A perfect place to dine or just relax.
It has a build in table for handling vegetables etc. and a fridge for cold refreshments.
From the courtyard you have a beautiful view to the south, pool, terrace, the village and the coast (Africa on a clear day).

The house is equipped with all modern amenities:
Air condition and floor heating in all rooms.
Dishwasher, washing machine, drying tumbler, iron, hover, hairdryer and internet on all floors.
IPod docking station/ player.

The ground floor has an integrated kitchen/bar and dining room, where you connect to all of the exterior.
Settings up to 16 people, bar with 2 bar chairs. A fireplace.

1.floor.
The landing gives light and open space and can be used as an extra small living room or you can have an extra sleeping place sheltered by a wooden screen.
The black and silver bedroom, double bed (+internet connection in wall).
The turquoise and green bedroom, double bed.
Both rooms and landing have doors to the big 1. floor terrace, furnished with two small round tables and chairs. The terrace faces south and you have a view to the pool area, the village, mountains and coastline.
The red and orange bedroom has two single beds. It has a small balcony facing north with a spectacular mountain view (winter snow on top).

2. floor.
Master bedroom with internet connection, south balcony and roofed south terrace with 2 colonial chairs and a small round table with chairs.
Living room with a sofa, chairs, and an old copper table from Egypt. Access to terrace and a balcony facing north.

All bedrooms have a build in wardrobe.

The house is a double house and pool area and lower terrace is shared.

Cleaning is mandatory and you must bring 120 euro to the landlady.
Deposit of 20% must be payed 3 month ahead or at ordering.
The rest must be payed a week before arrival.
Discount if long time rent.
Possible to get the house next door. That would in all give 8 bedrooms.
