ABOUT CASA RUTH
This beautiful 1st floor luxury apartment is situated within the most prestigious area of Puebla Aida. It holds a prime position within the Castle and is entered via secure entry system. Apartment is accessed via the most beautiful Andalusian / Moroccan entrance hall with a galleried staircase as the main feature. The entrance hall leads out to an amazing Andalusian courtyard complete with ornate fountain. The Castle pool and its lush tropical gardens are accessed via this courtyard.
THE MASTER BEDROOM
This beautiful bedroom with private ensuite has been furnished to a very high standard and has direct access to the Terrace via large patio doors which makes it extremely light and airy. The views from the bedroom window are breath taking and a pleasure to wake up to in the morning.

The terrace overlooks the the local mountain range and the Golf, in fact the view could not get any better if it was painted in a picture. The room has a Super King Size Bed and high quality furniture and soft furnishing making it 5* accommodation. The pictures on the wall are beautiful and give the room a relaxing feel. The bedroom also has a luxury ceiling fan and is fully air conditioned to keep you cool during the hotter months.

The flat screen TV and DVD player add to make this a real home from home. There is ample wardrobe space within the mirrored wardrobes and plenty of drawer space as well. The large ensuite bathroom has benefit of separate bath and shower cubicle.

SECOND BEDROOM
Entered via its own private hall and seperate dressing area and bathroom. This lovely bright airy room has been decorated to a luxury standard. There are two twin beds in this room which can be made into a double if required on special request. It has the most beautiful soft furnishings making it 5* accommodation. It also has the benefit of a Luxury fantasia ceiling fan fitted. There is a beautiful window which opens out to views of the Castle Courtyard and ornate fountain.

The bedroom is also furnished very nicely giving ample drawer space. The bedroom has the benefit of its own private ensuite bathroom with large Mirrored double wardrobes giving ample hanging space for clothes.

THE LOUNGE
The very large lounge is a very comfortable lazy relaxing area. It has been furnished to a very high standard. The walls have the most beautiful paintings and prints, making the walls very interesting to look at. The luxury soft furnishings make it a home away from home. There are two large top quality soft comfy leather sofa’s one of which is a sofa bed. The remainder of the lounge has beautiful rustic wood furniture and has been decorated to an amazing standard. There is a large television and DVD in the lounge which is connected to satellite.

There is a stereo system with an "across the board" selection of music for your pleasure. The lounge has the benefit of a luxury fantasia ceiling fan and air conditioning. Everything is worked by remote control therefore you do not even have to leave the sofa if you are feeling lazy.
The views from the lounge look out to an amazing terrace which overlooks the mountains. The terrace is accessed via two large patio doors.

THE DINING AREA
The Large rustic indoor dining table is ideal for the winter month’s. Generally speaking most of the dining is done on the outside, but it is nice to have comfortable indoor dining if required. The table and chairs are made of solid wood and seats six people very comfortably. The dining room area is very spacious, as it is situated in what would have been the third bedroom. The dining area is situated in a large L shape part of the lounge separated from the TV area. Placemats etc. are supplied allowing a very comfortable dining area to be created if desired. The views from the dining table are just as breathless as are the views from the Terrace.

From dining in to just relaxing and playing a good old fashioned game of cards over a glass of wine. This apartment has everything

TERRACE
This apartment has the benefit of the this amazing terrace which has been designed into three separate area’s. The first area is for sunbathing and relaxing and taking in the sun. The second area is for dining alfresco and enjoying a comfortable glass of wine . The third area is an extension of the lounge, it has beautiful outdoor sofas for sitting and chilling. The tropical plants all over the terrace have added to the ambiance of the whole area.

The terrace is totally west facing, so enjoys the sun from around mid day to sun set. The terrace has amazing lighting, soft and bright, whatever takes your fancy. This whole apartment is pure luxury. We do ask that you adopt our plants whilst you stay and keep them watered regularly, especially during the summer months. This is a no smoking apartment, although smoking will be accepted on the terrace only.

KITCHEN
This kitchen is very spacious and has plenty of cupboard space and work surface for a holiday apartment. It is very bright and airy with a windows opening out on the beautiful Andalusian courtyard.

The kitchen has been equipped to a very high standard giving everything you could possible need. The kitchen comprises of Oven/ Hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, etc. There is ample top quality crockery, glassware, cutlery, pots and pans. This makes longer stays and extended holidays very easy and comfortable.

MASTER BEDROOM ENSUITE
This consists of full size bath and separate Shower unit, Toilet and double hand basins. The bathroom has also been decorated in traditional Andalucian tiles and is very spacious.

BATHROOM TWO
This apartment benefits from a second bathroom with bath/shower unit, hand basin and toilet. This is also decorated in traditional Andalucian tiles.
