Villa Lux has been perfectly designed to make the sunlight reach every single room in the villa.
Ideally located near Garraf's Natural Park, you can wake up to some splendid mountain views from your bedroom in the morning and spend the day in the beach and the beautiful harbour of Sitges, which are just 10min drive.
Renovated on 2012, it is situated in a privileged area of Sitges, called Quint Mar.
Easy access to Sitges' centre and a 5 minute drive to the highway that takes you to Barcelona.
This Art villa is the biggest villa available in Sitges and walking distance from the beach and center. We call it an Art Villa because 2 famous spanish artist have painted all the walls to give the place a bright and happy colour.
The white kitchen has all you could need: an electric cooker, hood & hob, granite work surface, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster & kettle and the built-in fridge & freezer.
It forms part of the open plan dining room with a working fireplace and a table sitting 14 people. A great distribution, specially if you like listening to music as you cook. LCD TV with DVD and a mini Hifi system are provided. Direct access to the lounge area with cosy cushioned seating.
The villa has 5 bathrooms completely new, all airy and spacious, one of them is a shared ensuite bathroom.
Pretty on the outside too, with a 2500 square metres wild garden distributed over different levels, and a private pool with plenty of sunloungers for everyone. Simply a blissful haven of peace and relaxation which you won't fancy leaving behind.
The villa has plenty of place for the kids to play and run around, there's even a big green zone nearby where cars are prohibited and it's an ideal place for them to spend time oudoors having fun.
With a barbecue area with 2 small charcoal grills and a large table sitting up to 20 people, just imagine the delicious meals you will have with your loved ones alongside the spectacular sunsets whilst dining al fresco.
Numerous terraces for hanging out and enjoying gorgeous sceneries as you chill out with our cocktail service.
All of the 10 rooms are elegantly decorated with parquet flooring and have large windows overlooking the natural landscape so that you can enjoy sunlight all day long. In fact, we expect some heavy discussions over who is taking the magnificient bedroom with the corner windows.
There is indoor parking for 2 cars, but you will always find a lot of place in the quiet street where the villa is located.
You can easily walk to the centre, but in case you don´t like walking, we can arrange free transport for you to the beach or town during the summer, off season ask us for our low rates.
