This south facing bungalow is furnished to a high standard in an English style and overlooks the private communal swimming pool. The swimming pool has a separate children’s pool and the whole area of the pool is fully enclosed.
The bungalow is situated on the quiet residential urbanisation of La Marina overlooking the hills, valley and local beach (3 kilometres away) is La Marina beach which backs onto a lovely pine forest with picnic areas and free parking it also has lifeguards in the summer months.
There is a local bus service during the summer months or if you have a transport is just a five minute journey. There is a beach restaurant which serves meals for all including Tapas, or just a drink, to take in the views along the coastline as you to sit in the sun. In the summer months there are also additional beach bars dotted along the long beach.
The accommodation is all on one level with an internal staircase to the roof terrace.
Spacious lounge/diner with table and chairs, leather sofa and recling armchair, there is satellite TV (incl. radio) and. The Satelite TV has approximately 20 English channels including BBC, ITV.. It also has Radio channels.
The property has 3 double bedrooms. Bedroom 1 and 2 has king size beds and bedroom 3 has two single beds, it also has a Independent well-equipped kitchen with full range of electrical goods including fridge/freezer with ice maker, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, iron & ironing board, cooker, and washing machine
Crockery and cutlery for 6 is supplied with a full range of cooking utensils. It has a spacious family bathroom with bath, shower and bidet. Towels are provided (Including beach towels)
The large roof top solarium with panoramic views across to the mountains. sun loungers, Ideal for private sunbathing during the day and relaxing in the warm evenings watching the sun go down. There are also 2 folding chairs for use on the roof or in the garden.
Large garden equipped with swinging hammock and table and chairs. The enclosed front terrace has 2 wicker chairs with cushions and a coffee table also a wooden garden bench at the side of the house.
Relax in the garden or front terrace and pick lemons from the tree in the garden to have with your refreshing drink.
There is a small commercial centre within 5 minutes walk where you will find a supermarket, bank, restaurants, bars, shops, a tourist office, pharmacy and doctors, don’t forget your international medical card.. There are more banks, restaurants and bars within a short drive. A 10 minute walk will find more bars and restaurants.. There is also a local market 15 minutes walk away or 5 minutes in the car. It takes place Thursday and Sunday mornings. There is an extensive range of local produce i.e fruit, vegetables and meat, along with many shoe, book, fabric, fashion and garden stalls to browse around.
Eating out is very varied and inexpensive.
For the golfers, the golf courses are Campoamar, La Marquesa and Las Ramblas which are within 20 minutes drive. Further afield is the La Manga championship course.
For the children there are theme parks, aqua parks, zoos, and many other attractions within driving distance.
Alicante airport is only 25 minutes drive. Murcia airport is 50 minutes drive.
We ask that you arrive after 2.00pm and leave by 10.30am on your arrival and leaving days. However, this may be flexible depending on the departure and arrival times of other guests.
Air conditioning will be supplied on request at £30 per week or £7 per day.
Beach towels supplied.
