We stayed for just over 2 weeks in August of this year, as instructed we called the cleaner once we had picked up our hire car and met her at the property 30 minutes later, instructions/map was really easy to follow and we found the property with no issues, is it on a hill but we knew that already, it was only a gentle 1km walk to the bars and restaurants in Calahonda, the apartment was really nice and just as one would expect, good views of the Med from the balcony, fully functioning kitchen (although could do with a kettle as had to boil water in a pan to make cups of tea), there aren't a lot of sun loungers round the pool, there are 2 in the apartment that we took down to the pool with us, had to get to the pool for 8:30 in the morning so we could have 4 sunbeds, its a quiet area and not a lot of traffic on the roads, we were able to park our hire car in the car park 90% of the time and parked 30m up the road when we didn't get a place. We know the surrounding area quite well and made the most of being able to get a bus into La Cala De Mijas/Fuengirola (which runs right past the apartment), if I had to fine fault there could be better lighting on the balcony, there is a lamp in the living room so we just took that outside and used that, other than that we had a really good time, our deposit was returned quickly and we had regular communications with the owners throughout the booking and holiday period. I Would recommend this place.

We spent 10 days in this apartment in June, and I could not fault it. It is really well finished and very comfortable. The views over the sea are stunning and the pool was most relaxing. The complex is really well maintained, and pool temperature just perfect. The apartment is approx 1 km from 'the Strip', but be warned that if you are walking, it's only a 15 min walk home - but it is all uphill! There is plenty of choice for bars and restaurants - all within approx. 3 km radius The apartment is exactly as advertised. The living area is very comfortable and functional and the beds very clean and cosy. One or two very small issues arose during our stay, and the owners dealt with them promptly, efficiently and most courteously. I would have absolutely no reservations about recommending this apartment, and would be happy to return to it again. Thank you.

We had a wonderful two weeks in this apartment. Correspondence with the owner was swift and to the point - and all queries we had during the stay were dealt with promptly and accurately. Upon arrival, we had trouble with receiving our rental car. However, we still enjoyed a friendly reception and tour of the apartment once we had driven from Malaga Airport to Calahonda. Everything was clean and functional, and despite it being a February stay the aircon heating supplied plenty of heat for the living room and kitchen areas. The bedrooms were slightly chilly, though. The views from the apartment are astonishing - and even during our winter visit we enjoyed many sunny mornings with views of Gibraltar and the North African coast. The area of Calahonda is very quiet at this time of year (February), but we found quite a few good restaurants and shops (with good recommendations from the owner to guide us). Great base for visiting Malaga, Marbella and the entire Costa del Sol area. With the low price we enjoyed, we have nothing but our best recommendations to offer. Pro tip: Beware of the tight parking lot! Our rented SUV would have been impossible to park without the integrated park assist program. :-)

A really nice and lovely apartment, very well equipped and with some lovely balconies and a wonderful view over most of the area, as well as some lovely rooms. Good area for children with a beautiful swimming pool with lifeguard during the day. A quiet area with very little traffic and a speed restriction of 30 km. All in all a really nice place.
