Charming covered terrace that looks out towards the Mediterranean sea, orange groves, and some pueblos with the La Safor mountain ranges forming a backdrop, all of which can be surveyed while enjoying breakfast, dining al fresco or just relaxing on the triple swing seat, while taking in the view..
Just below the panoramic terrace, is the rear garden,with its weaving wooden pathway, ideal for just roaming around or strolling down to the barbecue area. It can be followed around the villa to the fully enclosed and secluded front garden with its private pool, guarded by gentle, pleasant and natural surroundings.
The spacious, master bedroom with its good size double bed looks out onto the front garden pool area and also has convenient walk past wardrobes leading to the en suite bathroom.
The second bedroom has twin beds, built in cupboards, tv, and its own corresponding bathroom just opposite.
Fully fitted kitchen with a full choice of quality electric appliances, a coffee machine and cooking utensils and also a utility room for extra storage.
The private pool, is approx 8m x 4m, with a shallow and deeper end, ideal for both families and swimmers. Pool inflatables and the like are left in a box near the pool.
Casa Phoenix is located on a quiet, hillside urbanization in a privileged location near the historic and lively town of Oliva with its natural, protected, unspoilt clean beaches and sand dunes.
There's an endless array of activities for everyone: including water sports on the beaches, golf, (Oliva Nova, la Sella. La Galiana golf courses), sailing from Club Nautica in Oliva, or Gandia, kite surfing, wind surfing and kite flying, scuba diving and snorkeling and even Karting is also available on the outskirts of Oliva... and many more, ensuring you may have as active or as relaxing a holiday as you prefer.
To the North, Valencia, a 45 minutes drive away is a vibrant and modern city which includes the L´Oceanographic marine park and the City of Arts and Science, and to the South, the theme parks Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Aqualandia and Mundomar, all near Benidorm, are also within very easy reach from the AP-7 motorway (nearest exit only 2 kilometres away) .
ABOUT OLIVA AND LA SAFOR
Oliva is the second largest town in "La Safor, " which is a beautiful region with miles of fruit tree groves and over 300 days of sunshine a year, located on the mid-eastern seaboard of Spain, almost adjacent to the Balearic Islands on the cusp of the northern Costa Blanca and the southern part of the Costa del Azahar.
It is famous for its many kilometres of golden, European Blue Flagged beaches and is one of the few remaining traditionally "Spanish" areas along the east coast.
Gandia, is only 6km to the north of Oliva, both are easily reached from either Valencia or Alicante via the arterial A7 motorway.
There is a coach and train station in Gandia, making a day trip to Valencia, easy and convenient, if you prefer not to drive.
It is a charming and vibrant town with hundreds of shops, bars and restaurants, a tree lined main Paseo which stretches the full width of the town, and the charming "Calle Mayor" street with its many shops.
Gandia´s beach is immaculate, sandy and safe with a superb system of lifeguards and warning flags. It is also cleaned daily during the summer season and is accordingly absolutely spotless . Oliva and the nearby beaches are just as fine, with a more natural, less commercial feel about them.
There are a whole array of fiestas, celebrations, and cultural events that take place all year round nearby, or if preferred, the customary firework displays can be contemplated at night from the terrace...
Both Valencia, and Alicante airports are approximately an hour away from Oliva, with Valencia slightly the nearer and they are served by most of the major and budget airlines from all Europe.
All exterior doors and windows are high quality double glazed and each one has its own fly screen protection to keep out insects etc.
Its own private, and extended driveway will, allow you to park conveniently right up close to the front door to the villa.
A free welcome pack is left for you which includes milk, coffee, wine and some essentials for your use on arrival, as well as a personally designed information map just to help you find your way around.
