With its location in the campo adjacent to the natural reserve of the Axarquia you will find yourself in an oasis of calm and quiet. Only some bells in the morning and evening from the local herd of goats on their daily walk. Within walking distance from hiking pathways and village. Only 10 minutes driving from the lake and 20 minutes from the beach.
There are stunning views of lake and/or mountains from about anywhere in the house or outside. From the village itself you have a nice sea view. The terraces and garden offer plenty of space for outdoors relaxation in sun or shade and close to the house for children to play safely. Not to forget an extraordinary night sky.

Apart from a fully equipped inside kitchen there is an outside kitchen and bbq area next to the pool.(6X3x1,2m) We re-cycle rainwater for back-up and garden use. The water from the tap is collected from the natural reserve and perfect for cooking and drinking. The sun is the primary heating for hot water and we have combined heating options firewood, gas or electricity. All lamps are of low energy consumption. We use only the most environmentally friendly and mild detergent and soap. Depending on the season you will find a wide variety of fruits, nuts and vegetables in the garden. The local shops and markets offer a variety of fresh food at very reasonable prices.
For internet we advise to buy a Spanish Vodafone Yu (or other provider) rechargeable prepaid SIM card widely available in shops. They give good access speeds at any location in Spain and at very reasonable price. The airco works with 1 EURO coins (ca.1 EURO per 4 hours). Normal use of electricity, gas and water is included. Firewood or charcoal has to be purchased in local shops. Remember to check stocks at home first before going shopping. Welcome - Sawasdee!

Although rental charge includes a cleaning after your visit, you are expected to remove rubbish and leave the villa in a good and clean condition on departure. Please let me know if there are any problems in order for things to be put right for the next guests.
Please bring your own pool / beach towels, and although the pool is maintained year-round, you are recommended to remove debris from the pool and pool terrace on a daily basis and always shower before swimming.
