FULL DESCRIPTION

When you enter the Villa, you are immediately captivated by the beautiful Hall, with its Minstrel-style gallery, giving you a sense of space that Villa Sildavia offers.

Through wrought-iron double doors, you enter the open-plan reception room on the second floor (main floor). One end is for dining, and the other is a living area with a large stone fireplace. Two double French Windows open onto the enormous terrace with views to Morocco, Gibraltar and the Estepona mountains. On the main floor, you will also find a TV room leading off the living area, three double bedrooms (all have ensuite bathrooms, and one includes a private terrace), and a large family kitchen leading off the dining area that also opens onto the terrace with the inbuilt asador (BBQ).

In the main hall, there is an elevator leading to both the garage that houses up to three vehicles and the first floor. The first floor includes two bedrooms that share a private terrace. One room has an ensuite bathroom, and the other has a separate bathroom. On this floor, you will also find an exquisite bodega where one can sit around the long table and enjoy wine or aperitif while tak-ing in the charming atmosphere. Next to the bodega, you will find a game room with billiards, table tennis, foosball, a projection screen, and a treadmill.

The penthouse-style master suite occupies the entire first floor.
