Beautiful house clean house clean garden safe neighbourhood Very nice and kind owner, Mrs Krassimira Petkova! if you are looking for a house with a high standard of hygiene and safety! Then stop searching! Because you found it! And above all, the beautiful and clean house, you get also the kindest owner you can wish for. Krassimira is at your disposal at any moment. She always helps out! This is the third time we visited this house. We are a family from Holland with 3 kids (13,10 and 5). We all love the house. Also, we have a lot of experience with this kind of properties with a pool! And by far.......this is the best house we had in the 12 years we spend our holidays in Spain. Also, price vs quality is very very good! I paid much more money in the past for less quality!!!! I would also recommend this house to older people who want to stay during winter in Spain!

The villa is large, airy, well maintained and has everything you need for a great holiday. We have enjoyed the lovely views at night. It's completely surrounded by nature, and because of that it is very quiet and peaceful. Perfect for relaxation after long and cold winter days. The house is perfectly situated and not far from the beach. Garden and pool make this house a really good holiday house. The pool is one of the best we have seen over the years and heats up really well in the sun. This is a great place to stay if you want a peaceful, relaxing holiday during the day. Sure we will be back again. Thank you for everything, Krassimira!

Marina and Alex, I am very happy you are already our good friends with a small Victor being the smallest Renter at 10 months in 2017. Now he is almost two years old and he already enjoined the pool and the sun on the beach in Guardamar.I am glad you are very much satisfied from the conditions in my property. The 2nd time around! It was again wonderfull. Last year we spend our vacation in Villa Krassimira and it was really the best. The owner: Krassimira has very high standard of everything. Her towels are hotel quality, the bathrooms, rooms and beds are all very very neat and clean. She has made some improvements outside that made it even more convenient for us and our 3 children. Even the cleaning lady and pool man are always availeable if you need somethinh. And Krassimira arranges eveything with high standard. She is available day and night. Answering all questions, give advice about the region etc etc.

The Villa was lovely, clean and tidy. We had a great time with our 2.5 year old daughter who enjoyed swimming in the pool very much. The owner is very accommodating, stayed in touch with us all through our stay, advising on activities and answering all our questions. She even bought our little girl a doll that she gave her before we departed. There is plenty to do in the area as well. We visited the Reina Sofia Park with turtles, ducks and peacocks roaming free and a playground, we went to the local aqua park, to the beach and the rio safari zoo 30 mins drive away.
