Once the reservation has been made through our web site or any of the contracted booking channels, we will contact you via email or telephone to specify the details of the reservation.

The lost of keys of the apartment, will suppose an automatic penalty of 50 €
To formalize the reservation, 25% of the total amount of the reservation must be paid in advance, as a pre-reservation.
The remaining balance will be paid 4 weeks before check-in. Payment is made by credit card. Checks are not accepted.
The additional cost in ckeck-in after hours will be paid in our offices.
In payments through external channels (Homeaway, Tripadvisor ...) Costa Daurada Apartaments has no responsibility for them.
According to Law 5/2012, of 20 March, on fiscal, financial and administrative measures and on taxation of stays in tourist establishments,
is obligatory the payment of 0,99 € per person / day, over 16 years, maximum 7 days. This payment will be made on the day of check-in and will be added to the total amount of the apartment.
In case of making the payment of the accommodation through booking channels, the payment of the Tourist Tax, will have to be made in our office. (Modification 01/04/2017)

At check-in day you will be notified the exact time, between the referred interval, and Costa Daurada Apartaments staff will appear in the apartment for damage review.
According to order IRP / 352/2009, of July 3, on the obligation of the establishments of lodging located in Catalonia to send to the General Direction of the Police, by telematics means, the information relative to the stay of the people housed,
Costa Daurada Apartaments performs the procedures required by the Mossos d'Esquadra for the correct registration.
Identification of all persons staying in the apartment is mandatory for later registration to the authority.
To do this, you must communicate at the time of booking the total number of people, including children, who will be staying in the apartment.
Once confirmed the reservation the client will be able to communicate the personal data of all the occupants via telematic or by email.
In case of not doing it, the day of arrival will be required the documentation of all the occupants or a copy of the same.
Accommodation of a higher number of people to the maximum established for the apartment, as well as stay in it, from people who have not been notified previously will not be allowed.
In case of violation of this rule, Costa Daurada Apartaments reserves the right for the immediate eviction without refund.
No undocumented persons will be admitted to any accommodation.
DOCUMENTS ACCEPTED: ID Card or Passport.
Before the arrival of the guests, all the accommodations are reviewed to guarantee the operation of the facilities.
In case of be detected any damage on the day of arrival, please notify us as soon as possible for immediate solution.
If any situation arises during your stay that requires maintenance, or the accommodation suffers any voluntary or involuntary damage, please notify us as soon as possible.
Guests must leave the apartment in the same state of cleanliness and order in which it was found.
If the accommodation isn't in good condition, the security deposit will be retained until the damages are assessed.
In case the accommodation is not in acceptable conditions of cleaning, an overcharge will be charged. These amounts will be deducted from the deposit.
SUPPLIES / CLEANING / EQUIPMENT
The water, electricity and gas supplies are included in the price of the accommodation, as long as they are used responsibly. If you exceed 100kw per week rented, you will have to pay a supplement of € 0.20 for each KW that is exceeded.
The accommodation has sheets and hand towels. Changes of sheets during the stay and additional cleaning, has an additional cost (consult conditions).
All guests must behave in a civic manner, respecting the rules of the municipal ordinances as well as the community regulations of each property.
The hours of use of swimming pool of each community must be respected, being prohibited the use of the same outside these schedules. It is forbidden to perform topless in community areas.
Children should always be under the supervision of an adult.
It is strictly forbidden to alter the order in the rest times of the neighbors, so that from 23:00 p.m. to 08:00 a.m. / 10 a.m. on weekends and holidays, no excessive noise can be made, loud music, shouting
Parties in the apartments are prohibited/Forbidden.
In case of non-compliance with the rules, and/or repeated complaints from the community and/or police, Costa Daurada Apartaments reserves the right to immediately evict the apartment, without any compensation.
Costa Daurada Apartaments is not responsible for any consequences arising from the behavior of the guest in the apartment, including damages, injuries, losses due to theft, fire or criminal activity, leaving all responsibility to the guests.
Any damage, flight that is not misused by the guest, will be repaired as soon as possible, upon prior notification of the client, by Costa Daurada Apartaments, without additional cost.
Requests for reimbursement for incidents or complaints of the apartment that have not been notified during the stay of the guests are not accepted.
